Use of the App

Zingy is an alarm application designed to help users wake up using mission-based challenges. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Accounts

You may use Zingy without an account. Creating an account (via Google Sign-In) enables streak sync across devices. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Purchases

• Lifetime purchase: A one-time payment that grants permanent access to all Pro features. Non-refundable after 14 days except where required by law.
• Monthly/Yearly subscriptions: Auto-renewing. Cancel anytime through the App Store or Play Store settings.
• Free tier: Always available with 3 mission types at no cost.

Intellectual Property

All content in Zingy — including characters (Prof, Dean, Bolt, Blaze, Zip, Vex), illustrations, alarm sounds, and UI design — is owned by AppCrew Studio and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitations

Zingy is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the alarm will ring under all circumstances, particularly when the app is force-closed or when device power-saving features are active. You are responsible for ensuring critical alarms are set up correctly.

Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineering or decompiling the app
• Using the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to circumvent in-app purchase systems

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
